WHERE DID CHRISTIANITY START?

                                                                   Where did Christianity start?
Pantheon of Rome, commissioned by

Most religious adherents have been made to believe in the doctrines of man, rather than the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As such, they have gone through the ages debating, agitating, swearing, and even fighting, to place glory over certain world capitals as the “Holy place” where their pseudo-Christianity started. Well, note that I use ‘pseudo’ because the real Christianity as rooted in the belief that Jesus is savior did not start in any of the glorified world cities, basilicas, or prelate seats like Rome, Canterbury, Carthage, Westminster Abbey, or Alexandria. According to the Holy Bible, the authorized King James version, Christianity started in Antioch, a small humble place where Jesus‘ disciples preached. ACTS: 11: 22-26

22 The tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch.

23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

24 For he was a good man, full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord

25 Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul:

26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. (Holy Bible, King James version)

Why did I have to mention this?

Because I am grieved that the importance of the Gospel and humility before God has been sacrificed in favor of splendor, men’s glory, golden and diamond tiaras, superfluous thrones, ornate clothing, ceremonies, wealth and power, which are characteristics of the highly popular religions of the world. JESUS teaching about the PHARISEES in long clothing

As if that is not enough, membership to these religious organizations comes with punishments, not the saving grace of God through Jesus Christ. What is this punishment? First of all, living outside Christ’s teachings is living in darkness, away from God. Adherents of world religions are made to believe some of the following will gain them salvation:

1) Daily, repetitive, rote prayers that make no sense to God.

In MARK 12: 38-40, Jesus gives this warning:

38 And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces,

39 And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts:

40 Which devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.

2) Praying through fictional religious statues [graven images] of saints as intercessors. The favorites are a graven image mocking Jesus on the cross, Jude Thaddeus, Virgin Mary, Joseph, Francis of Assisi etc. They even dedicate feast days, and make special altars or grottos for these blasphemous graven images, that are expressly forbidden by God in His commandments.
3) Paying money to priests to offer prayers for souls to go to heaven (by doing this, they declare that Jesus’ price of dying on the cross for our sins was not enough). This is contrary to the Bible, because Jesus paid fully for our sins, and all we have to do is believe He is Lord and Savior, then live a Holy Spirit filled lifestyle in order to be saved for heaven.
4) Visiting/pilgrimage to the so-called “holy places” as a means of being closer to God.
5) Ritually cleansing themselves in water [ablutions], and then going ahead to commit more sin.
6) Living a sinful lifestyle (including adultery, fornication, lying, greed), and believing that performing the rituals of their religions will protect them against God’s judgment.
7) Taking their religious leaders as “holy”, even adding blasphemous titles like “father”, “Lord” to their names, which equate these men with the Godhead! According to Jesus’ teaching, God forbids this in [MATTHEW 23: 9-10]
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. (Holy Bible, King James version)

8) Refusing to accept the Gospel as the true word of the living God, and instead being faithful to idols (the images they worship, claiming they are reminders of God); rote prayers and ritual seasons.
9) Confessing their sins to men, instead of asking God for forgiveness through Jesus Christ.
10) Believing that they can get the Holy Spirit through religious instruction and confirmation through a ceremonial ritual.
11) Kissing the Bishop’s ring or prostrating before religious leaders for blessings.
12) Kissing the crucifix with a graven mockery image they take as Christ. Graven images are condemned in the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation.
13) Condemning and excommunicating anybody who refuses to accept their lies and indoctrination, and labeling born-again Christians as heretics.

Personal Testimony: I still remember how saved people or “Balokole” in my society are treated as “lunatics“, labeled “fanatics”, and called all sorts of derogatory names for daring to expose the beast that is in the religions.

The power of the living God is real, and it can be revealed through ordinary people and miracles. When this happens, the non-believers claim the supernormal events are the works of the devil, because they cannot comprehend how a person of faith can be transformed, or diseases healed by the power of God through Jesus Christ.
