IS CIRCUMCISION A WAY TO SALVATION?

1 Corinthians 7:19  Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision
is nothing. Keeping God's commands is what counts.
Is circumcision a way to salvation?

SALVATION is not through circumcision, cultural or religious, but through the belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and savior. ACTS 15: 1, 6, 7, 10, 11 illustrates this clearly:

1 And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.
6 And the Apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.
7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them. Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.
10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers and nor we were able to bear?
11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.
 And when John the Baptist comes, he baptizes people with water, while proclaiming the coming of Jesus Christ as the savior who would baptize people with the Holy Ghost and fire.

LUKE: 3: 15-16
15 And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of John, whether he were the Christ, or not;
16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire: (Holy Bible, King James version)
