Why are people in world religions?
There are many fabulous answers, but the most remarkable so far as below:

1.   Because that is where I was born!

2.   My family IS RELIGIOUS, they were ordained.
3.   To receive the SACRAMENTS and go to heaven!
4.   I was baptized in religion.
5.   The church will excommunicate me!
6.   I have to worship God!
7.   To pray the Novena and ask for intercession through the
      saints !

Since organized world religions are well known for their punitive ways against people who have discovered the truth of God through Jesus Christ, I will not be surprised that my testimony and I will be included on their blacklist of anathema, for “excommunication” , which is an old tactic to keep the followers in check. Reading my blog, the religious will even label me a heretic, enemy of the Pope [who they say is infallible-his Holiness], and a sawyer of chaos among the faithful. How very afraid they are of the powerful word of GOD! They tremble and shake to imagine that someone has challenged their self-aggrandizing falsehood.

Well, they are right to fear, because when you discover the truth according to the Holy Gospel, none of those religious dogmas and traditions make sense. Meaning that the exploitative reapers of where they did not sow will have less money in their coffers [offerings and punitive levies]; will lose their worldly power, and will be exposed for the scum that they are.

Practices like yoga date back to the Hindu religious yogi, Patanjali; they are pagan practices rooted in idols and Ashtang Yog,  an eight limb system for achieving “salvation.”
Christians must not invoke the evil of yoga; it is separation from Jesus Christ, the only Savior of sinners.

In fact, Christianity is not a religion [set of institutionalized beliefs], but a way of life inspired by the Holy Spirit, which is received by those who get saved and believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and savior. All the Apostles were Christians, not religiously ordained priests or this or the other legion/devotees of certain saints, as the worlds religions of men would like us to believe. The Apostles were ordinary men [most of them fishermen], but they believed in Jesus and He made them “fishers of men”. To be believers, they did not need to attend any major seminary, convent, get PhD’s, or attain superior status as a prerequisite for preaching the word of God. The Holy Spirit came upon them, because they believed. So they got extraordinary power to preach, to heal, and to minister unto others.

In ACTS, when Apostle Paul is brought before King Agrippa by the Jews, for preaching the Gospel, he testifies the word of God as a Christian.

ACTS: 26: 27-28

27 King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest.

28 Then Agrippa said to Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to become a Christian. [Holy Bible, King James Bible]

And what did Paul say, to the nonbelievers? Damnation, for they had deliberately refused to receive the word of God.

ACTS: 28-27-29

27 For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

28 Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.

29 And when he had said these words, the Jews departed and had great Treasoning among themselves. [dispute]

DO PRAYERS WORK? YES, IF SAID ACCORDING TO JESUS' TEACHING

Can I get what I ask for in Prayer?

If you pray to God according to the Bible, and your heart and soul are into what you pray for, it shall be given unto you. But beware, you cannot pray in the ways of world religions (repetitive prayers, using beads, rings, bracelets, strings, medals, scapulars, money) and expect God to hear you. That will never happen. In MARK 11: 23-24, Jesus exhorts the power of prayer, and tells us to have faith.

23 For I verily say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

All prayers said NOT according to the BIBLE are not heard by God. Period

Jesus was wary of the hypocrisy of religious priests and elders, who, extolling the glory of the works of men, did not care about God’s word through Jesus Christ. In MARK 12: 38-40, Jesus gives this warning:

38 And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces,

39 And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts:


40 Which devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.

Personal Testimony:

I have met some people, who, stuck in their repetitive rote prayers, deride the ways in which Christians say their prayers. Some of these non-believers say that Christians (born-again) make noise while praying, shed tears, and even speak in tongues! Of course I am not surprised at this ignorant accusation. If Christians pray in the manner they do, it is because they pray from the depths of their hearts and souls, with their whole being, calling upon God in earnest as the Almighty who holds the power to lock or unlock their fortunes and needs. Now, if you were facing a death sentence, would you not plead to the judge to have mercy on you? All power and authority rest in God the creator, how can anyone not humble themselves to the greatest extent possible, when praying to Him? If you were before the judge and started presenting your case copying from a well-known textbook, and claiming that that was your earnest plea, do you think the judge would really care about you? So the Christians will pray the way they do, because they are beseeching the Omnipotent Almighty God for mercy, grace, and forgiveness, while also believing that they will receive what they are praying for. And they do. Christians say their prayers from their hearts and souls, and that is what Christ preached about prayer. ROMANS: 1:19-25:

19  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

On Homosexuality and unrighteousness

ROMANS: 1: 26-32

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: [Lev. 18:22; Eph.5:12]
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that Trecompence of their error which was Tmeet. [shameful. penalty. due]


28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a Treprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; [debased]


29 Being filled with unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,


30 Backbiters, haters of God, Tdespiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, [violent]


31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, Timplacable, unmerciful: [unforgiving]


32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. (Holy Bible, King James Version)

Therefore, do not be deceived by the agitations for “equal rights” from the depraved quarters of men and women, who have gone against the natural order made by God. Even if temporal laws are enacted to protect this sinful lifetyle, it will not be tolerated or forgiven by God, for it is against God’s law. I am sure many of you have read what befell Sodom and Gomorrah when they defied God in this manner. If you haven't read about Sodom and Gomorrah, check out the following verse:

"Then the Lord rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord out of the heavens" Genesis 19:24. "Turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly" II Peter 2:6.

The Price and Reward of Christianity and What Jesus Told the Apostles to Do

The Price and Reward of Christianity

Are Christians infallible? No! In fact, Christians are daily targeted by Satan, who offers his lies and temptations to commit sin; but because Christians have given their lives to Christ as Lord and Savior, they reject the enslavement of sin. Born-again Christians are filled with the Holy Spirit, and are able to overcome temptation through prayer. Also, they confess their sins to God through Jesus Christ, and they are forgiven and renewed in faith.

Christianity is a way of life according to the teachings of Jesus Christ, meaning as one who has been baptized by fire and the Holy Spirit, you shun sin and strive to keep in the narrow path of righteousness.

LUKE: 3: 16

16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire: (Holy Bible, King James version)

As a Christian, you cannot deliberately live in sin, condone sin, or look favorably towards sin. To do this is to fall back into the darkness of Satan, and to bring judgment of death upon yourself. REVELATION 20: 12, 15 says this clearly:

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.


15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.


Living in Christ calls for renunciation of unrighteousness, because our bodies were made in the image of God, and are temples of the Lord. The fate of those who refuse to heed God’s warning, the people that Christ calls an "adulterous" generation, will reap God’s wrath, as the “great whore” that was shown to John in REVELATION 17: 1-5

1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:


2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.


3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.


4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:


5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH

The warning is given in REVELATION, through this scenario. Those who follow the abominations forbidden by God will go into perdition.

REVELATION 17: 8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

The price of being a Christian in a world that worships the beast, materialism, indulgence in sin, and other pervasions forbidden by God, is not cheap. When you witness the Gospel unto the non-believers, they will revile you, mock you, and shun you, having labeled you a “fanatic”. But do no lose hope, for Christ is on your side when you spread the Gospel. He has already laid a curse on those who shut others out of the Kingdom of God, with their lies and man-made religions: MATTHEW 23: 13, 33 shows Jesus confronting the Pharisees about their religions that were keeping people out of salvation:

13 But woe unto you, Scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye shut up the Kingdom of Heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.


33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? (Holy Bible King James Version)

God's Reward for Christians

Now you know. Testifying to the adherents of world religions using the Bible (the same
one they say they believe but do not), will not earn you respect in their eyes, but your
reward in heaven will be plentiful.

In MATTHEW 24- 5, the Bible explains that many will deceive, using Jesus’ name, so take heed.

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

The non-believers will not listen to your Gospel testimony, because in your ordinariness, they will consider you incompetent to interpret the Word of God. This is because the religions of the world have reduced the Word of God to Theological debate, man’s paradigms (like iconology , Mariology, and other doctrinal principles), in order to shut you out of the Kingdom of God. They do not consider that God forbids anyone from adding or subtracting from the Bible, for any reason. The evidence is in REVELATION 22: 18-19, warning that nobody should add or subtract from the Bible.

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:


19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (Holy Bible, King James version)

What Jesus Told His Disciples after His Resurrection

AT GALILEE, before his ascent into heaven, Jesus Commissions his disciples to preach the Gospel to the whole world. There is no grandiose ordination ceremony, no Theology PhD conferment, and no blessing of third party intercessors to pray to God on our behalf. Jesus does not tell people to build devotional altars for worship of graven images; He does not give out prayer objects like beads, rings, or strings to the Apostles; He does not empower his mother, Mary, to be the queen of heaven or deity. Jesus gives the power to ordinary men and women, to spread his Gospel throughout the world, without fear. MATTHEW 28: 19-21

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.


20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Holy Bible, King James version)

My Personal Testimony and Life Experiences

I have seen many challenges in my life, but God has blessed me with the spirit of perseverance and faith. When I first started working, some years ago, I had job-related pressure that progressed into clinical stress, depression, and body radiation from prolonged use of computers. All the western medical doctors could not diagnose the illness, even with sophisticated lab tests, they said I was not sick. But I felt I was dying. My vision was blurred, I had nonstop migraine headaches, nausea, persistent heat in the right side the body, and even lost weight. At that time, I was leading a Youth drama group, and during rehearsals, I often went to the side to apply Vicks ointment to my ailing right side. I thought I was going to have a stroke, which might have been the first ever recorded in a young person. That was until God led me to an alternative medicine practitioner, who also said that God loved me, because he had brought me to his clinic in time to save my life. I thought he was just being nice, not wishing to give a patient the bad news of their imminent death. He put me on a treatment that involved herbal concoctions of oriental medicine. I did not believe that I would be well, but took the treatment anyhow. In less time than I thought, the persistent heat in the right side of my body disappeared. Then the migraine headaches, the nausea, and the blurred vision vanished, too. I have not been sick like that ever since, nor have I been down with any major illnesses ever since. I thank God for His loving protection. And there is a reason why God protected me--so that I could share the Good News of His word with you!

Recently (2010), I was sharing the Good News of the Lord Jesus with a friend who happened to be a religious adherent, and her conclusion was that I was into a cult. I had challenged her with the Biblical evidence that the religion she followed was not a way to salvation but to damnation. You may not believe it, but my words, which I derived from the Holy Bible, the true word of God, was called blasphemy! According to that convert of man’s religion, challenging the gross indecencies of their church were blasphemy. I was saying some of the very words and quotes you have read above, but they were called blasphemy and cult beliefs.

Surely, how can anyone practicing the word of God by believing in the very Gospel of Jesus Christ be a heretic, and someone who openly practices idolatry be a Christian? The Bible says that those who have ears should hear, and those with eyes should see. In MARK 7: 16, Jesus asserts this: If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

There is something suspicious about a belief that claims to be Christian, yet does everything other than what the Bible teaches. In fact, some of the rampant religions of the world have created a tradition of forbidding the adherents from reading the Bible on their own. The reasons? That the lay people are too stupid to understand the word of God by themselves; that the word of God needs special theological interpretation for the masses; that there is a lot of church literature and canon laws that people should spend time reading and conforming to, instead of reading the Bible.  Are you one of the LOST sheep?  You need Jesus in your life for salvation, and this is not mere lip service!  The son of God died for our sins.  NOT believing  in Him as the savior and believing in world religions instead is to forsake your very Creator!

JESUS PAID THE PRICE FOR OUR SINS, FULLY...NO MORE SACRIFICE OR ENACTMENT OF HIS DEATH!

JESUS SAVED us from Sin by dying on the Cross, once. His death forbade the enactment of his sacrifice and death ever again.

Jesus died once for our sins, and rose up from the dead so we shall all have life and have it in full. Contrary to what some religions teach to their adherents, He said he was not to drink of the cup of death, or to be sacrificed again and again, as some religions do, through blasphemous ceremonies that enact his death throughout the world. MARK 14: 22-25

22 And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave it to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.


23 And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it.


24 And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.


25 Verily, I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the Kingdom of God. (Holy Bible, King James version)

God does not dwell in any man-made religious objects.
Jeremiah 17: 5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man,
and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD

According to the Holy Bible, the price for our sins was paid fully by Jesus’ death on the cross. He did not authorize anybody to invent, add, or subtract on the price for redemption of sins. Jesus did not authorize money, novenas, religious retreats, flagellation, or confessing sins to men as a means of gaining salvation. All these practices cannot be justified using the Holy Bible, which is the Word of God. So if you are doing any or all of the above methodologies to gain salvation, when Jesus did not teach them, which master do you think you are serving? The Living God, or Satan?

Does God work Miracles?
A non-believing friend told me that miracles ended with Jesus, never to return. Yet when you read the Bible, it says that God is the same yesterday, today, tomorrow. Forever. So it is true, God worked miracles yesterday, and still works them today. However, if you are a non-believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, do not expect any miracles in your life anytime soon, for God favors only His own. In ACTS 9: 36-42, Peter made Tabitha (also Dorcas), a disciple of the Lord at Joppaa, raise from the dead.

40 But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. (Holy Bible, King James version)

Do Not be ashamed of Christ

If you want God to favor you, do not be ashamed of Jesus Christ.  Stand firm and face the challenges in your life, overcome sin with the Holy Spirit, and God will reward you plentifully.
ROMANS: 1: 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. (Holy Bible, King James version)

Blessing Countdown: I THANK GOD FOR HIS KINDNESS!

  
Sometimes we get caught up in the daily grind, and forget to count our blessings and thank God for the good fortune in our lives. I feel blessed, walking in the Light of our Lord Jesus Christ, and being thankful for each day. I have always been an optimist, but I discovered that optimism without the love of God was vain. My blessings from the Living God are many, but I will name some of them below:

1. I thank God that I am saved in Jesus Christ, and that I have been given the spiritual discernment as a Gospel Witness for the Word of God to the non-believers.  To God be the glory!  Matthew 21:14-16  14The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them. 15 But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple area, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.
   
   16“Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him.
   
   “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read,
   
   “‘From the lips of children and infants
   
   you have ordained praise?”
2. I have refused to be compromised by the corrupt in morals and faith, including the religious. Jesus condemned religious hypocrisy in Judea; I am following in His footsteps, by bringing the true Gospel of Peace and freedom to the religiously shackled.  Matthew 23:13 "What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you shut the door of the Kingdom of Heaven in people's faces. You won't go in yourselves, and you don't let others enter either. (Words of Jesus Christ)
3. I have been able to get out of threatening situations that human minds thought were impossible to overcome, because with God, nothing shall be impossible.  Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.  (Words of Jesus Christ)
4. I am not materialistic or taken over by the vanities of the world. Show me love and a good heart, gold and diamonds mean nothing to me. Mark 10:25 "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." (Words of Jesus Christ)
5. The Holy Spirit presence in my life radiates to others, strange people seek for my advice on an array of issues, saying that they sense some inexplicable power in me. I am guided by the Holy Spirit, so I use this opportunity to spread the Word of God. Acts 4:13Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
6. Amidst adversity, I have not denied God, but used the challenges to strengthen my belief in God and seek for His boundless mercy. Matthew 24:13 "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." (Words of Jesus Christ)
7. I have prayed to God through Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and seen my prayers answered. I have attained the things I have fervently prayed for in Jesus‘ name. Amen! Mark 11:24 "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." (Words of Jesus Christ)

8. I am mainly known as a writer, but God has awakened some of my other talents, including song composition/singing, drawing/Fine Art. Exodus 35:10  “Let every skillful craftsman among you come and make all that the Lord has commanded:"
9. I have lived Luke 4:4 …It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. I was kept strong and fed by the Word of God alone, in a circumstantial fast of eight (8) days-Friday October 22-Saturday October 30, 2010! Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Words of Jesus Christ)
10. I am a living miracle to my family and friends, because I will not stop telling them the Good News of the Living God through Jesus Christ as Lord and savior. Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. (Words of Jesus Christ)
11. I thank God that I am in good health, never been hospitalized. The love of God keeps me in good health.
12. I am thankful for my family and my good friends throughout the world.
13. I am a survivor, in a generation that has been largely decimated by HIV/AIDS.
14. I have moral fortitude and steadfastness in whatever I do. My friends know this of me, I am not a quitter; my strength is from Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.

EPILOGUE
I have shared these Testimonies, not because I was indoctrinated by anybody, coerced, or paid to share them. I boldly claim my inspiration and belief in Jesus’ teaching to have been God-given. I set out on a long journey to find the Truth about God, and I did. As I pray with fellow Brethren in Christ, I continue to ask that the Word of God be honored and lived by the many still struggling to find God’s Truth. To chose God through our savior Jesus Christ is to find True Love and Freedom. May the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. AMEN!
